[retour recette] "calcul mesuré" parameters can be modified

User story
As Code_TYMPAN team, I want "calcul mesuré" parameters to be blocked, in order not to confuse the users

Scenario

• In Code_TYMPAN 4.7.0, create a calcul
• tick "calcul mesuré" -> parameters ("garder les rayons", solver, etc) are greyed and can't be changed
  • small KO as the solver list is not greyed out
• close the calcul parameters window
• open the window again -> KO as parameters are not greyed

Acceptance criteria

• Parameters stay grey as long as the calcul is "mesuré"
• solver should always be greyed for a "mesuré" result
