Mastodon doesn't implement EmojiReact

Unlike Like events, EmojiReact events just enter the void on the Mastodon side.

Afaik it's not a standard: https://www.w3.org/TR/activitypub/#like-activity-outbox

Though I see some mention of it elsewhere, so it's used ad hoc?

Maybe there's a way to determine if the Fediverse instance supports EmojiReact, and fall back to Like?
