Canceled maintenances are not filterer from dashboard link

Summary

When user click on Past maintenances from the Dashboard page, the filter only keep SUCCEED and FAILED maintenances. CANCELED maintenances don't appear.

Steps to reproduce

Have a least on maintenance in the CANCELED state
Click on Past maintenances from the Dashboard page

What is the current bug behavior?

CANCELED don't appear

What is the expected correct behavior?

CANCELED should appear because they are pas maintenances

Relevant logs and/or screenshots

Possible fixes

Update the past_filter in the Maintenance model
