Demo data adds invalid emails

Summary

When initializing the application with demo data, it's introduce two subscribers with invalid emails.

Steps to reproduce

Initialize application database with :

make demo-data

What is the current bug behavior?

demo@demo.local and demo2@demo.local are added as subscribers. Thoses emails are invalid and emails are sent nowhere leading to errors on the mail server/forwarder.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Thoses emails shouldn't be injected in the demo data
