review remove_addons.patch

there's a problem in the remove_addons.patch, which has introduced a regression that I documented at librewolf-community/settings#131 (closed).

the fix is pretty easy (see this comment): we should not remove webcompat from the list of built-in extension. before we do this, was there a reason to remove it that I'm missing?
