add Full Screen on start option

to startup iTerm always in fullscreen mode, if not to the settings dialog as a boolean key accesible by defaults should be perfect.

just side note about page http://sites.google.com/site/iterm2home/documentation (sorry I didn't find better place to post it - no contact found) there are two mistakes/typos

in part http://sites.google.com/site/iterm2home/documentation#TOC-Hidden-Settings should be "com.googlecode.iterm2" instead of "net.sourceforge.iTerm"

and in part http://sites.google.com/site/iterm2home/documentation#TOC-Autolanching-Scripts should be "AutoLaunch.scpt" instead of "AutoLauch.scpt" (first one is right but second one not)

obviously taken from original iTerm documentation just that both confuse me for a sec.

Anyway thanks for great app!
