Patch to disable cmd-enter

Enter detailed description of the feature you are requesting

1. Open a terminal
2. accidentally press command + enter
3. Frustration ensues

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Because of the way I type I end up accidentally hitting this key combination a lot and I would like a way to change or remove this keybinding to prevent my window from switching to/from full screen mode.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
