Compliance report status popup

Problem to solve

There are 3 possible statuses for controls in the compliance status report: pass, fail, and pending.

If there is a pending control status then the whole requirement is shown as pending.

Users will be required to click on the requirement row to then see the information in the side panel on what the status of each individual control.

Proposal

Add a hover over popup on the requirement row status, with the status of each control listed.
