Upgrade Readme

really, the upgrade readme is the worst upgrade readme i have ever read. nothing in this readme worked! nothing!! I installed my gitlab from https://about.gitlab.com/downloads/ und did everthing from there...

so... IN the upgrade readme... the first thing to do is to "cd /home/git/gitlab"

THERE IS NO "/home/git/gitlab" AT ALL!!! nor "/home/git" AND THIS WAS THE FIRST!!! instruction!! in this readme!!

could you please make a upgrade readme for those who installed gitlab from https://about.gitlab.com/downloads/ ??

and if you do not know what i am talking about, just setup a new server and do exactly what is written here: https://about.gitlab.com/downloads/

you will realize that NOTHING IS GOING TO WORK!!

sry for my bad mood. but i spent 8 hours trying to upgrade from 7.3 to 7.4... but didnt succeed
