ci.server.host has incorrect value

In working on #6 (closed), found that ci.server.host is being incorrectly set to CI_SERVER_NAME, instead of CI_SERVER_HOST.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
