DrawTool: Offset when picking Tiles3d Pointcloud

Summary

When using drawTool I encountered an unexpected behaviour with it, might have to do with picking rather than drawtools but it's easier to see the problem this way. I also tried to reduce the picking radius to the minimum but this didn't change anything.

Steps to reproduce

1. load any 3d tiles pointcloud, (the church example was my starting point)
2. create a new drawtool and bind it to any keyboard key
3. draw any shape and there will be a pretty significative offset

Expected behaviour: Vertex of the shapes should be where picking was done

Actual behaviour: offset of a few cm
