Extra console messaging after latest 2024.1 build

Summary

After building OSG + SimGear + FlightGear yesterday from the 2024.1 branch (RelWithDebInfo), my console is exhibiting strange messaging that was not there when I built near the last RC. It does not happen on the official release build.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Build FlightGear 2024.1 from source on Windows
  2. Launch FlightGear with a JSBSim aircraft (Did not test other FDMs)
  3. Observe contact point changes being written into the console
  4. Take off and fly up a bunch, I just CTRL+U'd a bunch. Notice spamming dew point in console

What is the current bug behavior?

When a contact point changes, it is printed to the console. Ex: GEAR_CONTACT: 0 seconds: NOSE_LG 1.

Dew point temperature starts spamming: Dew point temperature has been capped to 504.29. The number varies.

What is the expected correct behavior?

These messages should not be printed.
