parse fingerprint from query string for URL pasted into Add Repo dialog

If someone copies a full repo URL including the fingerprint in the query string, then pastes it into fdroidclient's Add Repo dialog, FDroid should parse the fingerprint from the URL and stick it into the fingerprint text field.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
