Improvements for F-Droid Privileged Extension

Just some TODOs for myself:

  • Improve strings by using "F-Droid Privileged Extension" everywhere
  • Rename install dialog button to "Install"
  • Rename install dialog title: "Install F-Droid Privileged Extension?"
  • Remove second paragraph in this dialog
  • setting: "F-Droid Privileged Extension" without "Enable", text: "Use F-Droid Privileged Extension to..."
  • uninstall setting -> change to "Manage F-Droid Privileged Extension", text accordingly -> goes to app details
  • Allow uninstall from app details screen of F-Droid Privileged Extension
  • Test install from repo
  • Rename "Installing..." to "Installing and rebooting..." for android > 5
  • Show dialog before requesting root that explains what will happen
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
