Payment mode options missing

The update that fixed #79 (closed) caused the payment mode field to only have one option (no payment mode) instead of having the normal list (cash, credit card, etc.).

If there is anything that I can do to provide additional information, please let me know. I'm not sure if this list is something that is built into Moneybusters, or it comes from the cospend project, or is a server-wide cospend setting.
