Setup.py missing

So basically i recently came across Expliot and i followed the installation process and when i downloaded - " python3 setup.py install --user " this particular code stopped working and gave an error which is " python3: can't open file '/root/expliot/expliot/setup.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory " which proves that setup.py file is missing.

Please look into it, maybe there could have been some mistake from my side but as far as i think file has been missing
