Update README.md, add CONTRIBUTING.md and TUTORIAL.md.

• README.md should contain information about the aim of this project. It serves as introduction and may be the title page of the documentation.

• CONTRIBUTING.md should inform (potential) developers about the coding conventions and the guidelines for contributing features and bug fixes to the project.

• TUTORIAL.md should give the (potential) user of this project information about the first steps.
