Populate breadcrumbs for orphan page when component version has no navigation

Normally, when a page is not in the navigation (and orphan page), the breadcrumbs are still populated in the UI model for that page. (The breadcrumbs consistent only of the page itself). However, when the component version has no navigation, the breadcrumbs are not assigned. They should be assigned just like any orphan page.
