Please do not bundle cort-test.el

@conao3 Please do not add your testing utilities cort-test.el to multiple repositories. Such copies tend to go out of sink and it is undefined which version gets loaded if there are more than one on the load-path.

Instead please release this as a separate package, which probably should be maintained in its own repository.
