Improve format of Projects and Actors > Quiz

After going through "Module 3 - The social nature of FLOSS > Projects and actors > Quiz" I have some feedback 😄

Maybe instead of the current format, there could be fill-in-the-blank sentences with a word bank to choose from and students can just drag and drop the answers to the right spot. This would improve two main things:

1. For folks not familiar with the projects mentioned, it would be easier to know what to look for when researching for the answers.
2. This would make the quiz more interactive and help clarify how to actually take the quiz. The first time through I didn't notice you can write in the boxes.
