Transaction Introspection: Address overflow when Satoshi amounts are being pushed as a script num

A script number is 32 bits, and Amounts are 64 bits. This may be addressed in the bigint effort. This bug report should be considered a reminder/placeholder to do something about this based on the adoption of bigint.
