Support usage without taskwarrior
- Added commands to start a task, stop it and mark it as done
- These commands respectively cause your karma to slowly increase
(while working on a task), decrease and get a reward for having
completed a task
- This allows more flexible usage without taskwarrior
- Also improved logging
