    You need set endpoint is 's3-ap-northeast-1.amazonaws.com'

    Fixed in the fork. Two things were wrong:

    • The endpoint table only knew a handful of regions. Every other region fell
      back to the global s3.amazonaws.com, and the global endpoint only accepts
      us-east-1 signatures — which is exactly the "the region is wrong;
      expecting 'us-east-1'" error. An unknown region now keeps its canonical
      regional host.
    • The configured region decided the host while the signature used a different
      one. Both now come from the same effective region, and if the server still
      rejects the request with AuthorizationHeaderMalformed and names the right
      region, the request is signed and addressed again with that region and the
      region is remembered for the bucket.

    Setting region: 'ap-northeast-1' with endPoint: 's3.amazonaws.com' now
    produces s3-ap-northeast-1.amazonaws.com, signed for ap-northeast-1.

    This ships in zuraffa_minio — the maintained fork of this package, which upstream has not touched since August 2025.

    The fork keeps the API of the original package unchanged, so moving over is an import swap:

import 'package:zuraffa_minio/minio.dart';
