Add support for dot, diagramsnet, symbolator in the UI #53

Hello,
Kroki currently supports /dot, /diagramsnet, and /symbolator services.
The drop down menu in niolesk hard codes the options in the drop down menu.
As a work-around, it's possible to manually modify the URL to pass these options to the kroki backend; I only tried symbolator.
For docker users, it might be possible to modify the docker-compose.yml NIOLESK_ANALYTICS_CONTENT to inject the options into the dropdown, but I'm not sure.
