is this fully working?

Just wanted to ask if the to-do's on readme have been addressed or it is just in the phase of checkin reflections

What "to-do"s are you talking about? this repo has many projects. I have used some of them and haven't encountered any issues, so yes, they mostly seem to be "fully working".
