Kind of in parallel to #16, we might need this

  • Wastes memory, but we have memory
  • Keep decoded blocks for the entire sh4 map
  • Annotate memory operations
  • Slice JIT blocks out of it
  • Only JIT compile if block runs more than a few (2-3x) times
  • Scan and annotate functions
  • Other features
