Extracted from the reliability audit snippet: query correctness for stratified negation, aggregation, disjunction, recursion, and feature combinations.
Programmatic test scope
Add generated or table-driven tests that compare Minigraf query results with a deliberately simple reference evaluator for small datasets.
Query shapes to cover
- Negation combined with temporal filters.
- Disjunction combined with aggregation.
- Recursive rules combined with negation where stratification is valid.
- Impossible paths that should return empty results, not broad catch-all output.
- Equivalent query rewrites that should produce the same result set.
Acceptance criteria
- Reference evaluator is intentionally small and separate from production planner/executor code.
- Tests include both matching and no-match cases.
- Results are normalized before comparison to avoid ordering noise.
