Limit access to a specific network interface or IP address. #381

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like excess to this application to user's connecting via SDN (in this case Tailscale) and use its Access control mechanisms.

Add a UI element that permits to limit binding to a selected IP address or interface.
Describe alternatives you've considered
There are no alternatives.
Additional context
Using external (to the application itself) access control that can be easily modified by the application itself will enhance the security.
