Detect notification flashing to prevent taking screenshot during a flash #868

Describe your Suggestion
My suggestion would be to detect that the Runelite notification flash overlay is active and queue the actual screenshot taking to take place right after or before the flash.
Alternatively, idk if it exists, but if there is a way to take the framebuffer excluding the overlay, there would be no need to detect the flash at all.
Reasoning
I got Kraken tentacle today, but Dink took the screenshot while the notification flash happened, darkening the whole screenshot.
