Instructions

Install Flask, Flask-SocketIO
Download wgo.js and put it in minigui/static
check the path to the model, etc.
start a server (from the minigo root, note the sys.insert nonsense at top)

FLASK_DEBUG=1 FLASK_APP=minigui/serve.py flask run --port 5001`

open localhost:5001.
