HELLO reports mode: standalone in cluster mode #502
Description
src/server.rs and src/server_uring.rs hard-code the mode pair in the HELLO reply as standalone. Redis replies cluster when cluster mode is on, and clients use it to decide whether to route by slot. The fallback HELLO in src/commands/server.rs (around line 5795) also has no id field and always says proto 2 and role master, though both connection loops normally answer HELLO before it is reached.
