RESP3: FUNCTION LIST sends $-1 for a missing description; redis-py raises a protocol error #476
Description
On current master, FUNCTION LIST over RESP3 sends a library function's missing description as RESP2's $-1, not RESP3's null _. redis-py's RESP3 parser then raises a protocol error. #431 fixed the same kind of bug for Lua scripts' false.
Expected: RESP3 null for every missing value in FUNCTION LIST (and in FUNCTION STATS if it has the same issue), as Redis does.
