Redis and Valkey cannot read KiviDB's DUMP payloads or replication stream (no copy back out) #450
Description
Redis and Valkey refuse KiviDB's DUMP payloads (DUMP payload version or checksum are wrong). A Redis replica of KiviDB fails with Wrong signature trying to load DB from file, because the magic is KIVIDB. So the only way back off KiviDB is RIOT --struct from a KiviDB build with Lua. HyperLogLogs written by KiviDB are refused by Redis (INVALIDOBJ) unless KiviDB runs with --hll-write-format redis.
Options: a Redis-format DUMP and full-sync mode (RDB version 11/12), at least as an opt-in for migrating back out.
Found while testing the migration guides (kividb.io/docs/migrate) against KiviDB 1.2.0, on Linux x86_64 release builds.
