MIGRATE host port "" 0 5000 with an empty key and no KEYS clause answers ERR syntax error on KiviDB. Redis migrates the empty key there; an empty key argument only means "use KEYS" when KEYS follows. MIGRATE … "" 0 5000 KEYS "" already works. Found while fixing #441 (#455).
