Docs: say how to turn off the startup update check in containers and templates #434

KiviDB checks for updates at startup unless --update-check no or KIVIDB_NO_UPDATE_CHECK=1 is set. In platform templates, Compose examples and CI, the check runs on every container start, and air-gapped installs can't reach it anyway. While preparing the Coolify, Dokploy and CapRover templates, we found none of them turn it off; only the testcontainers module does.
Please document the setting in the container and deployment docs: what's sent and when, and how to turn it off. Use it in our own Compose example. Decide whether templates should default to off, or leave it to the user with a note.
Don't change the engine for this; it's a docs and template decision.
