Maven cache is never extracted on Azure/Aurora VMs #48173

Describe the bug
The Ansible task Install Maven repository on the remote hosts in .github/scripts/ansible/roles/keycloak_remote_installer/tasks/install.yml is always skipped due to a creates directive that checks for a path (/opt/keycloak) already created by a prior step.

Expected behavior
The m2 archive should be extracted to the user's home directory on the VM (/home/<user>/.m2/) so Maven can use the cached dependencies.
I guess there are wo issues:
creates: "{{ kc_home }}"-/opt/keycloakis created from prior step at line 40, so this task is always skippeddest: "{{ kc_home }}"- even if extracted,.m2/would land at/opt/keycloak/.m2/instead of/home/<user>/.m2/where Maven looks
Actual behavior
The m2 archive is created on the GitHub runner (tar -C ~/ -czvf m2.tar.gz .m2) but never extracted on the VM:

Run Aurora/Azure workflow.
