Support for Password Policy Constraints to Client Credentials

Currently password policy constraints (complexity, rotation, and length) are only being applied to User Credentials. Client Credentials (Client Secrets) currently bypass these requirements. Is there any provison to add password policy constraints to Client Credentials also?
