Issue When Logout after Adding Offline Access in oidc scope

I have a Keycloak application integrated with Azure. The application is registered in Keycloak using the Standard Token Exchange Authentication flow. Login works as expected. I can see the Keycloak page with Azure AD options and successfully athenticate via Azure.
However when logging out,
Without Offline Access Scope, logout working fine.
With Offline Access Scope added in oidc options, Azure shows the logout option. But when redirecting back to keycloak, I encounter an error in Keycloak:
We are sorry... Unexpected Error when authenticating with Identity Provider
Note: My application is Blazor .net
Please let me know how to resolve this.
