Add pins and tags on sessions #8
Description
What: Let users star sessions and attach free-form tags (reference, gnarly-debug, good-prompt), stored in a small JSON sidecar in the user-data dir keyed by session id, never touching transcripts. Add a Pinned section at the top of the rail and tag chips as a filter facet alongside the existing date and model filters.
Why: A handful of sessions are reference material users return to constantly; re-finding them through search every time is the app's biggest daily friction.
