Description
What: Attribute per-message usage (already globally deduped) to outcomes visible in the transcript: repeated failing commands, edit-revert cycles, oversized tool outputs dumped into context, files re-read many times in one session, compaction losses. Rank sessions and projects by wasted tokens with estimated dollars and jump-to-the-moment links.
Why: ccusage and the Ledger say what was spent; only the full transcript can say why. "This flaky test ate 190k tokens across three sessions" changes prompting and intervention habits, and it complements the #11 blocks view: limits on one tab, leaks on the other.
