Add on-device semantic search behind ⌘K #19

Open

Description

@karanb192

What: Embed prompts, replies, and thinking at index time with a small bundled quantized embedding model (fully on-device, no network, ever), storing vectors and the event mapping in userData, incremental like the existing mtime+size cache. ⌘K gets a semantic mode blended with the ripgrep exact hits, results jumping to the matched event like exact search does today.

Why: The session you need rarely shares words with what you remember about it ("where I fixed that CORS thing"). Recall is the ceiling on the archive's value, and the README has listed semantic search as not yet built since launch.
