What would you like to be added:
CRD Validation Ratcheting

Why is this needed:
CRD Validation Ratcheting beta feature of K8s 1.28, makes CRD schema evolution much easier. Basically, it makes it easier to tighten value validations because it won't let the existing cluster users of NFD CRDs to break when we introduce some validations for some fields.
