Editing a collection entry unlinks it from its Species and detaches its CARES registration #454
Description
Every save from the collection edit dialog sets group_id = NULL.
Cause. collection-edit.pug always renders and posts common_name and scientific_name. updateCollectionEntry (src/db/collection.ts:241) treats either field being present as "convert to a custom entry" and nulls group_id.
Effect. Change only the notes or acquired date on a catalogue-linked entry and it becomes free text. It drops off the Species' keeper count, and a CARES registration on the row is no longer tied to a CARES Species.
Fix. Only null group_id when a name actually changed from the stored value, or stop posting names for linked entries (they are relinked through the link dialog). Add a route or DB test: edit notes on a linked entry, and group_id is unchanged.
