Why is Emitter::WriteStreamable called Emitter::WriteStreamable and not, for example Emitter::WriteFloatingPointType (after the pattern of Emitter::WriteIntegralType)?

It's not a huge issue, but it made tracking down where the precision of the floating point numbers is actually handled slightly harder when I was looking for that.
