Notebook refactoring #174
Description
It would be great if bob could do the following:
- Take a notebook,
- Move all [helper-]functions and complex code blocks into a separate python file
- Import the function in a new notebook.
That seems like a common data scientist's task to me and chatGPT/claude/gemini/... should be able to do this too.
