add cargo-nextest 0.9.145 (#720)
Builds only the cargo-nextest workspace member with upstream's distributor feature set (--no-default-features --features default-no-update), dropping the self-update code that has no place under a package manager. Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
