Prove the host alias for the node-plane baseline and the host-address cohort #3037
Description
T152 (#3028) proves the [host-exposures] table end to end. Two halves of design section 7.1 (lines 252 and 253) have no proof and no owner:
- The node-plane baseline: the built-in baseline names no endpoint at the host alias, so T152's case cannot exercise that half of its proof.
- The host-address cohort: the case does not cover how a cohort of host-address boxes reaches an exposure.
