min stop <box>: stop the VM that owns a named box (box CLI) #2815
Follow-up from the architecture review of #2811 (T111, #2705), condition C2.
The amended NET-058 (spec 18, from b15f1883) lists min stop among the commands that find a box's VM from the box name. min stop takes no box name today: StopArgs in crates/minimal/src/cli.rs has only --force, and cmd_stop (crates/minimal/src/cmd/session.rs) stops the selected VM's daemon.
Decide one of these
Give min stop an optional box argument that stops the VM which owns that box, resolved as T111 resolves it (resolve_box_on_any_vm). Then its refusals follow T111's text.
Or amend NET-058 to drop min stop, since it acts on a VM and not on a box.
Ruling (2026-10-31): this is not box-networking work. min stop <box> belongs to the box CLI work (the BOX spec, docs/specs/29-spec-box-local-first), not to NET (#1437). NET does not carry it as a residual. The NET plan update drops min stop from NET-058's amended list.
