Situation
T27's diagnostics line says min box spec lists each store reference with the authorities its rule registers. The PR implements the mint and the proxy's key registry in crates/minimal/src/mint.rs and crates/bep/src/control.rs; the spec listing lives in the box-spec rendering outside those layers, so min box spec does not show store references yet.
What closes this
min box spec <box>prints, under the grant, each store reference the box declares with the authorities the matching store rule registers.- A test pins the text from a
