Unit 1: gvproxy switch and PTask network modes (UC1, UC6) #492
Description
Establish the gvproxy-per-host infrastructure and the trimodal NetworkMode enum. Own-IP PTasks attach to the shared switch; UC6 (same-host PTask-to-PTask) is automatic once both PTasks are on the switch.

Depends on: None (foundation for all other Units)
